Jen is a Sales Leader, with over two decades of experience in both sales and marketing, driving the change within organizations to become revenue focused in their initiatives. With a background in software sales with origins in retail she brings a unique perspective to alignment with revenue teams within organizations.

From Sales Management, Operations, Development and Enablement, each piece needs to fit together like a puzzle to achieve greater results.

Originally from New York, Jen started her career in retail sales management before moving on to professional sales in Florida, where she launched new solutions to market and earned her spot as the top Sr. Account Executive, year after year. Her career then took her into Leadership where she developed partnerships and led the Marketing initiatives at organizations.

She found a real passion for creating Sales Development Leadership while finding ways to align Marketing and Sales, and has had the opportunity to create brand new Sales Development departments out of nothing more than an idea. Jen now lives in Clearwater, Florida with her husband and two children. On weekends you can find her at Girl Scout events, or visiting Tampa Bay parks and beaches.

Jennifer is a dedicated and passionate sales professional who built a successful Sales Development team from the ground up in less than a year. Jen’s playbook became the de facto standard for the company, from messaging to campaigns to objection handling and much more.
